Blogger was developed by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003. Generally, the blogs are hosted by Google at a subdomain of blogspot.com. A user can have up to 100 blogs per account.

Up until May 1, 2010, Blogger allowed users to publish blogs on other hosts, via FTP. All such blogs had (or still have) to be moved to Google's own servers, with domains other than blogspot.com allowed via custom URLs. Unlike WordPress, Blogger cannot be installed in a web server. One has to use DNS facilities to redirect a custom URL to a blogspot domain.

1.Open Blogger.com.Already we have any gmail account until then easily access blogger.

2.To See left side looking below screen shoot."New Blog"

3.Click on New Blog.

4.And next See below screen shoot.Address We have choose any address available Check it.

For Example I want Howtocreateabloggerblog.blogspot.com   then search this blog availability.

Blog are available We can appear one message "This blog Address Is avvailable."

Next select any sample template. until then click this Button "create Blog!".

5.We have create blog successfully.

Next We have display the below screen We can start bog Post Click here to Posts.
Then Create New Post Publish It.
